Covid-19 Information for those with Public Dental Service appointments

If you have symptoms of respiratory infection such as fever, cough, or breathing difficulties, you should remain at home and refrain from visiting our clinics.

We ask that you reschedule your planned visit or hold off on making an appointment until you have been symptom-free for 2 days.

Our online booking service is at the moment limited. You can reschedule and cancel your appointment. Do you need to book an appointment please call your local clinic. Remember that appointments must be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the appointment is scheduled to take place.

Older than 70 years old or member of a risk group

If you need emergency dental care, you can call your clinic to book an appointment.

In case of acute ailments

If you suffer acute oral ailments and symptoms of respiratory infection, it is best if you contact your local clinic directly. In cases of acute ailments when the clinic is closed, call 1177 for medical advice.

Avoid bringing company

One measure to reduce the spread of the virus is to keepthe number of people in the waiting and treatment rooms down. As such, we request that youcome to your appointment alone. Exceptions are made for small children, adults withcognitive disabilities or adults in need ofassistance. Please also leave siblings at home.
